Time will tell if great, but it's a really solid hire. I didn't think dooley would fall at mizzou, but the guy has SEC experience that Odom is missing. Connections too. Also, he was on a Pro staff. Dude is smart, so no doubt he picked some things up.
I just dont know if he will be able to repair his rep at mizzou, but if able to he's a HC again in 3-4 yrs.
He got a raw deal at UT that's for sure.
