Unfortunately, true. A bunch of the fan base just love Ed O. It's such a joke.

The optics of hiring Ed O after firing the second winningest coach of the 21st century were just terrible. Literally ANY up and coming small school coach would have been better.
The saving grace is that he can recruit, so I foresee a John Blake scenario where a Bob Stoops comes in and cleans up with O's talent.
