We are all Pigfeet. This entire existence is just Pigfeet talking to himself. Remember how St. Elsewhere ended with the revelation that the entire series was just based around the imagination of an autistic child staring into a snowglobe?

Think about it. You have all these highly intelligent people saying we could be living in a simulation. We are.
