Anyone have any experience with UGAStore.com?

I ordered over $100 from this site and the package was promised to be delivered by the 23rd of December or it was free, and I haven't received squat.

Have you checked with the credit card company to see if you were actually billed for this order?
We don't even make the UGA thong panty in XXXL. So, I'm not sure how you ordered $100 bucks worth from the ugastore.com where it's great to be a dog!

Entire site is non-secure protocol other than the checkout process... seems pretty low budget. Have never ordered anything from them. URL is registered via domainsbyproxy, so no extra info there either... have you contacted their actual support? If so and no response, it's not unreasonable to go ahead and let your CC company know.

Have definitely had online issues with fulfillment in the past. The store is outsourced to Follett out of IL. As noted, the site itself is lacking from an IT perspective.

I order today with free overnight shipping and cancelled because the tracking said Jan. 3rd. I need my Rose Bowl apparel before Jan 3rd!

Yeah I ordered that Retro looking 13 time SEC 2017 Champs in a grey hoodie. Took a week and a half to get it. Pretty sure it said 3 day delivery.....
