I think all the poster was getting at was that there was a general imbalance on where the talent was accumulated... the state of TN may have a higher number of 4* recruits than normal, but it's heavily overlapping in a few positions, making it necessary for UT to still dip outside the state or pull lower rated guys in-state to make up a complete class.

I was trying to comment more on the immense amount of talent that comes out of GA every year.
