That is the point I have been trying to make. He is not a good HC. Being a good coordinator does not make one a good HC. We should know that as well as anybody.

After a couple years at Bama and some experience to learn from at USC/TN he should be close to ready
Let's not act like Kiffin did a bad job at TN or w 55players at USC. He also is killing it at FAU
