I find it hilarious that our idiots in charge want to go after a guy having success in the AAC after just canning a guy who had even more success in a tougher conference (Big10) that ended up being a failure in the SEC.

Petrino had succeeded in this same shot conference. He was ok here.

Has nothing to do with conferences, all has to do with approach and philosophy

I think I get where you are coming from but is the only alternative an SEC coach who has experienced success? Should we target unsuccessful coaches from other conferences?

Bielema was a home run hire at the time. It just didn't work out. Getting a new HC is always a gamble.

Yet you would hire a guy that’s never had success anywhere, because he’s never been a head coach
