Instead, he plays like a pussy because 2017 CBB Refs have no rhyme or reason.

He plays awkwardly like a young guy in a body that grew too fast. He has a hard time controlling his hands and arms and get's a lot of ticky tack fouls. He'll figure it out.
Refs do suck though, especially in the interconference games.

While I agree with part of your assessment, I also think he’s a bull in a china shop that Refs of this generation aren’t accustomed to.
Open up the game a bit for him, teach him how to arm bar while defending and how to slow his helpside defensive reaction to a shot/pass and he’ll be a force.
He’s way too quick to put his arms up before a shot and he’s way to quick to rotate and try to block a shot or deflect a pass.
All of this coupled with his large wingspan leads to shite fouls.
Sounds strange but he needs to slow his reaction time down. His feet are there, his arms are just reacting.

Just want to say that I didn’t think Tilmon would even be close to the offensive player he is already. I legitimately expected him to be a rebounder and good defensive player while getting maybe 6 points a game.
Oh and yeah the refs are a bunch of pussies nowadays.

I am an old fart but I hate that guy with his hands straight up and offensive guy jumps into him foul. Even worse is if he would just jump with his arms up it would be no foul, what the frick.

I just realized that's a new rule when a player just stands there in established position and holds his hands over his head and the guy with the ball runs into him it's now being called a blocking foul as to where it use to be called charging.

I am starting to think he is beginning to develop a rep as a person who fouls with refs and opposing coaches which leads to some of the calls. There was one foul in particular last night where the ref should have just swallowed his whistle when he was guarding Fall.
