Go read the actual, factual NOA and NOA II. The NCAA investigated SA#39 and found MSU completely clean.

Good thing Mullen bolted
Mullen has always been kind of shady and when a school has success without a history of success you can bet it's not all on the up and up.
Coach O and Miles were shocked when Leo Lewis did not choose LSU during that recruitment. Now we know why.
