Based on the last four days, it’s becomig evident that Butch was the glue holding the UT athletic department together. He’d be a phenomenal hire for Oregon State.

He did though? Butch left the program in much better shape than he inherited it.

Probably helps his employment chances as well. A lot of schools are probably looking at it and saying, “you had back to back nine win seasons and recruited well under THAT administration and with that fan base!?”

Actually he didn't this is the worse season in Tennessee history.
