Watched back the 1st Quarter of the Auburn game

Jalen missed 2 big plays.
1st: On the 1st 3rd down where we run an RPO and Jalen runs it around left end and comes up half a yard short. Auburn miss aligned at the top of the screen. We had trips and they only had 2 players over there, WHY NOT THROW THE BUBBLE SCREEN?? It would have gotten at least 10 yards and maybe more.
2nd:On the play where Jalen bailed out of the pocket lossed 10 yards and just stepped out of bounds(instead of just throwing it away). The corner bit on the run fake and Devonta Smith was WIDE open for about a 15 yard play and Jalen didnt even acknowledge him.
That was just the 1st quarter they aint no telling how many more he missed.

This doesn't have much to do with your thread.
But I'd LOVE to see the all 22 of the play where Hurts rolled out and I think Ridley got intentionally held with no call.
I'm pretty sure Hurts was all in ok that route and bailed after the hold.
And this wasn't a normal hold. I'm pretty sure the Auburn DB did the same thing that that FSU DB did after he came in in the 2nd half of that game to Ridley.

Then make threads for each telling us how many plays they all missed.
After you do that, go back and analyze how Saban played not to win, Pruitt couldn't get off defense off the field on 3rd down and couldn't stop crossing routes and Daboll kept Bo in the game and called the worst game of his entire life.
Don't forget to make threads on those as well. TIA

Aubie pushes the envelope. With play design on both sides and execution. They will break the rules and see if the stripes call it. Ridley was never going to beat them deep they would grab him and see if the laundry comes out.
They hold at the LOS big time. See the two big plays a few years back when Greg Robinson was their leading tackler.
Linemen downfield illegally, receivers pass blocking 6 and 7 yards downfield during a throw, crossing the LOS and throwing the ball....its what they do and if it isn't going to be called they will keep doing it.

100% this, good god OP we get it Jalen had a bad game but so did everyone wearing White that night minus like 3 people.

If you think Jalen is making reads and progressions, you’re nuts.
Jalens progressions are: 1) Is Calvin open? If yes, throw it to him. If no...2) Find the nearest running lane. If no running lane...3) Throw it in section G.

Jeudy also got mugged on a 3rd down when Hurts was about to throw to him. His arm motion started, Jeudy was turned around and he tucked and tried to run.
