He sat down with a meeting, after having Florida offer last week apparently.

I don't think we get him, but if he took the time to meet, while he had a situation to leverage last week if he wanted, that's at least a glimmer of hope.

Great, let's get Gundy a raise and then get publicly turned down again.

Per Rivals, no interview with Gundy yesterday, as a matter of fact Currie interviewed no one yesterday.

Of course that Tool isn't doing his job. He is just a pawn for the Haslams.

Houston Kress? @VolRumorMill Following Following @VolRumorMill More I'm told that if Tennessee's offer is fair, that Gundy is likely to accept...That this IS NOT him simply positioning for a raise. We shall see.

Lol would love for this to happen simply so VOLS could finalize everyone on the internet. However, do not believe.

I thought he wasn't with Sexton anymore. Could be wrong.

I feel like Gundy would be the perfect coach for you, Mr. Goulet

I think Gundy will take the UT job. He’s a good coach.

Under normal circumstances I wouldn't want Gundy but UT hasn't been in "normal" circumstances for over a decade. If they could pull him I would consider it a major victory.

Why not? He is easily a top 10 coach in college football.

I live here and his personality just rubs me the wrong way. I feel the same way about Leach. I wouldn't hate it the guy can coach.
