Makes absolute sense, fricker will NEVER coach again after all this is over, this is his last pay day

Are you serious? LOL No, Tennessee won't hire a coach worth a damn because of this. You can't pull out of a contract like this based on hearsay about a guy. This is the United States. Read a bit about Contract law and you'd know Tennessee was wrong for this.

What the frick are you talking about? I’m agree with you in that it makes sense he wants his money. We will ultimate be paying him something in the future as well.

We are on the same page. I understand you took a contract law class somewhere along the line I don’t need your lessons though.

This will insure they avoid pedo sympathizers and those that turn a blind eye to seeing it go down.

UT isn't wrong for anything. They've done nothing. In fact, at this point, if UT were to demand he sign the final deal and move to Knoxville and start duties as head coach, UT would then be under a lot of risk with regard to liability if Schiano has property damage or is assaulted etc. I hope this goes to court. Judge will order that the contract be voided because of the environment on campus and the fact that neither party saw this coming (apparently). There are some good books at the library that cover this stuff. Pick one up some time.
