State has better facilities, better job security, and Mullen can make the same in Starkville as he can in Knoxville, unless UT thinks he's a $8 million coach.

This thread is laughable in itself, but the out right lies in the post above really have me giggling this morning.

State has better facilities

That's a bold face lie. The Anderson Training Complex/In door practice field crushes the Leo Seal Jr. football complex and any and all other football facilities that State has.

You sound unknowledgeable saying otherwise. State has nice facilities. They just aren't and never have been better than Tennessee's.

Let's clear up a few things:

-Location: Knoxville crushes podunk, rural Missisippi in every metric to anyone with an IQ over 46.

-Recruiting: You don't have, never had and never will have an advantage to anything recruiting related over Tennessee. Butch I can't coach for shite Jones pulled in top 5 classes despite being the worst game day coach in America. UT recruits itself significantly better than State ever will.

Also, this has already been covered, but the state of Tennessee is and has been out producing the state of Mississippi in shear number of blue chip players going back the last 5 years. There's roughly 20 blue chip players in the 2019 class in Tennessee alone. That's good for more talent than every state not named Texas, Florida or Georgia in the SEC. So again, you sound uneducated. Tennessee is going through the largest uptick in instate talent in the history of the state.

Tennessee has 19 blue chip recruits coming out of the state in 2019. Mississippi has 11. Alabama has 11 and Lousiana has 13. But keep spitting out that bad info.

We passed South Carolina and Mississippi in total number of blue chips coming out of the area years ago.

Tennessee has advantages to significant advantages in every category that matters:

-Location/City
-Recruiting
-Football facilities
-Budget/Revenue
-Fanbase
-Tradition
-Social scene for players and students wanting to come to the University.

There isn't a single category listed above that State holds an advantage over Tennessee in. Zero.

The only advantage that Mississipli State has over Tennessee and will ever have over Tennessee is the guy whose last name ends with Mullen and happens to be a non constant in their program.

What you fail to realize is that State having a better HC at the moment doesn't equate to State having a better, more attractive program with the right pieces in place.
