Anyone interested in getting a group together to share Braves Season tickets? Second call

I am sure most people are like me and cannot go to that many games a year. Even 27 game package by itself would be a stretch.
Would anyone be interested in getting a group together to split the games up (either the full season if there is enough interested (that has better seats), or the 27 game package with the not so good seats)?
They now have a bunch of discounts in the battery with the A-list membership as well. LINK
I would be looking at 2 seats. Finding the cost comfort level of anyone interested in grouping up and finding the best seats we could. We would have some way of splitting up the games to make sure everyone gets good games.
I normally end up at the chophouse anyway so cheap seats are fine with me. The bad part is that re-selling will be non existent with crappy seats.
Any interest out there?

Well say it was you and I going in for splitting a 27 game plan at the cheapest (get in the gate) price, it would be $271 for 13.5 games for 2 seats. Obviously we would probably never be able to sell the tickets on secondary market if something comes up since they are the cheapest, but would still give some benefits.
I am always open to spending more, it just comes down to how many people would be interested and if they want good seats or cheap seats.
I am going to message the ticket team and see if there is a specific membership card that they issue for the battery discounts so i can understand how we would handle that part.

If 4 people were wanting to split 27 games, we could get the corner next to the chophouse on the bottom bowl for $200 each person for 2 seats a game for 6.75 games. (we could figure that out).
On the other hand, could do a full season with 2 chophouse seats for $901 a piece with 20 games a piece if we got 4 to buy in
Granted I have no clue if there is additional fee's that screw up all these numbers i am doing

As someone who did this exact thing with some friends last year for the first time - TOTALLY worth it.
It's awesome.

I am definitely interested if I do not have to commit to more than 10 games.
I was actually an alternate in a group from the neighbhorhood that I moved into last December, but one of the "on-the-fence" guys decided to go for it, so I was pushed out.

Are you a pay for better seats or go cheap?
I am sort of in the same boat game wise.
If the three of us did a 27 game split it would be 9 games with 2 seats at $180.66 a person for the cheapest option.
If the three of us did a 27 game split it would be 9 games with 2 seats at $533.33 a person for the che Diamond Corner (most expensive) option.
Personally I don't see a reason to do anything in between those.
I should also note I am doing these numbers based off the Saturday package (which includes non saturdays as well FYI)

It depends. I did sit in the Chop House seats once last year and wasn't terribly impressed (mainly because the service sucked) but that could have just been early season kinks (the game was in April). The actual view and the table seating was great though, so I could probably be convinced.
I think committing to $900 per ticket for 20 games would be too much, though. If we find 8 groups willing to go in at $450 per ticket, then maybe. Otherwise I'd rather just do cheap tickets. It's too easy to move around over the course of a season when attendance starts to thin out, so it doesn't make sense to put too much money into it.

Agree with you. The chophouse seats I see as having an ability to sell if you cant make the game which is obviously an advantage. To your point it would need to be a lot of people wanting to do it since I just can't make it to so many games since i travel a lot.
Let's see the interest level and go from there.

The email they sent me is "Get 2017 prices for 2018! if you sign up by November 3rd!" Internally I am thinking, is this good or bad?
Wife emailed them for more information so will keep you posted.

I doubt the tickets would go up more than a couple of bucks per seat per game. I wouldn't rush into it just to save a little bit of money.

Id be interested in something small with Saturday's since I live in Nashville.

Well that’s a hell of a “Saturday” schedule.

we did the full season last year and gave away probably 30 games. we decided to do the 27 game friday this year (bobbleheads and most good giveaways) last year we were section 343 but we moved down to 111 this year.

How many people are you splitting with? How much a person in that section? Just curious what final numbers look like.
