What are your plans for the Bye week?

Gotta love this midseason break in the action, every Saturday is a stressful affair for me regardless of who we are playing. Now we can sit back and watch everyone else step on their dicks.
The girlfriend is from NYC, so we are flying up early Friday morning for a long weekend in the city. I'm looking forward to a few days recovery from work and Alabama football.
Anything to do in NYC that y'all would recommend?

Just got a new camera so I’ll probably spend the entirety of the weekend trying to figure out how to turn it on, change the lenses, etc.
If, by a stroke of luck, I am able to figure that out then I’ll probably take the dogs for a hike on Saturday and slam some beers in the peaceful surroundings of nature

My wife's bestie is coming down and she is a big Georgia fan. We are having a full day of football and drinking with a spread that is pretty impressive.

My 7th grade son has been invited to an elite hoops camp in Nashville Saturday afternoon, so we'll be in the gym.
I'm so glad Bama is off this week for that reason plus the guys needed it.

Check out Carmine's in Times Square. Good Italian food, I go there every time I visit NYC.

fishing, trawling and shrimping inshore. Should be good size this time of year by me. A couple 40qt coolers of jumbo shrimp should suffice
