It's not "unrealistic", but the amount of confidence MSU fans have in a comfortable win after losing their last two SEC games by an average of 34 points is unfounded.

State is a 7-5 caliber team

Meh i think most rational fans aren't predicting a blowout. Just a win. It's at home so i think that is where most of the "confidence" comes in

This is what I've been saying, but I guess I'm a douche for saying it.

Just find it really odd the bravado that is coming from the MSU fans. I don't see how it makes sense at all.

Yes, it's a home game, but I'm not sure much weight should be put to that, but if it helps MSU fans sleep better tonight, then I guess it's OK.

State's game next week will determine whether they go 9-3 or 8-4.
