So you don't consider Louisiana to be elite? Tennessee is 2019 and 2020 is projected to have almost 2x the number of elite prospects as Louisiana.

Look I'm not here to get into a battle of what "elite" means. Is Tennessee on the same level as Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California when it comes to producing talent? HELL NO. Nobody is in that class. But has Tennessee equaled or surpassed states like Louisiana, Ohio, and North Carolina when it comes to producing 4 and 5-star talent? YES. As Jay-Z once said: Men lie, Women lie, Numbers don't. Go and check the 247composite rankings for the 2019 and 2020 classes. You'll see that in 2019 Tennessee currently has 20 players rated as 4-stars. That way more than every other state in the country not named Florida, Texas, Georgia, and California. And in the 2020 class, 247 only has the top 109 players ranked. And of those top 109 players, there are 8 players from the state of Tennessee. That is 5th most in the country after Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California. And double the amount of Louisiana which is ranked 6th with only 4 players in the top 109.

When you are producing more talent than the great state of Louisiana, I would consider that ELITE. You can call that whatever you want. But going forward (in the classes of 2019 and 2020) Tennessee is solidly the 5th best producer of elite college football talent in the country after Florida, Texas, Georgia, and California. THOSE ARE FACTS.
