Somewhat OT but VHS carries no home field advantage. After watching AU-LSU Saturday I know we are sub par *at best* when it comes to crowd noise

Yeah, I'm well documented on here with high praise of a lot of things about Ole Miss. Oxford is awesome; campus is gorgeous; always have an great time in the grove; but Vaught Hemingway is a pretty terrible place to watch a game. I've been to most SEC venues (a few multiple times), and the Vaught just isn't loud.

I always wondered if it was because it wasn't bowled in, but you guys have been in some trouble since the expansion. too early to tell. still I've been to all of the meaningful LSU-Ole Miss games the last 10-15 years, and the atmosphere is bad. always feels like I'm at a dubstep concert with the piped music

The only time I've heard it loud AF was 2014 Bama. I was there and I promise you we had a homefield advantage that day. Blake Sims could barely get the plays in in time because no one could hear him.

But on a regular basis, yeah it blows. I was listening to the Vandy game during my drive this past week and it sounded like shite. The crowd is weak AF.
