Fraternity prices at all 3 universities will be about the same. Unless he goes DKE at Bama, which I've heard has ridiculous dues

At UA there is no formal rush. Basically he'll just have to ask the recruitment chairs to hang out. If he wants to get in one of the best ones, he needs to start contacting them now. If he waits till summer, it'll be very hard to get into a good one unless he already knows guys in it.
