I don't either. I mean, he's obviously a pretty good coach, but he's not in Saban's universe.
I'm going to enjoy having Saban for as long as he'll coach and try to ignore all the clamoring for goofy Dabo. I predict by the time Saban retires, the shine will have worn off Dabo. If not, and he's still churning out championship level teams, then by all means, let's talk about him then.

I dislike him constantly bringing up religion. I feel that it is alienating and innapropraite.
If I had to make the call, I wouldn't hire him for that reason, but I won't be that guy and that is probably for the best.
If he can keep the system going post-Saban, I'll settle for him but it will be somewhat begrudgingly.
