So...kind of by your own criteria, the hobnail boot game was not a classic play...I mean, we were only 8-4 that season, had already broken the streak against UT the year before, and we won nothing of any significance in 2001...hell, I think we even lost to USC and lost the Music City Bowl to BC. Clearly, the hobnail boot, following your own logic, is not a classic play.

Is that a play that will stand the test of time and be shown to all Dawg fans new and old for decades to come? Would it be on a "munson-like" monologue video played before games in 20 years?

Maybe not, but its light years ahead of that play last year
