They are superior to FCS talent which you claimed. Problem is they are stuck in an offense that doesn't even make an attempt to establish the run game.

There are plenty of FCS RBs better than Wilkins and Pennamon and that is all I'm saying. Maybe not more physically talented, but better players.
Now, in fairness to Wilkins/Pennamon, the scheme may be shite
