Your insurance company may not find out about it.

Don't file any claims and don't shop for insurance. A lot of insurance companies don't check driving histories each year. Make sure he doesn't shop his own insurance if he is trying to do you a favor (an insurance quote that runs the MVR will most likely send a notification to your insurance company).

Even with the correct statement about nolo and insurance (may prevent license suspension though)

You're the kinda guy I want on my side when it matters
