He was passed out drunk in a running car in the middle of the night.
There's really no choice for the cop there. Same thing happened to a UGA player a while back. No complaints from me. That's legitimate.
Having a parking ticket escalated to weed bust is the cop LOOKING for a reason to bust the kid. It's different.

Yeah, cop sees weed and smells it, completely different here...
BTW what is illegal about sleeping in a running car?

So if a cop sees weed in a car he's just supposed to let it slide? It escalated from a parking ticket to a weed citation because of the own player's stupidity. It's not unusual for a traffic stop to escalate into something bigger because of other things that are discovered in the process. Stop acting like your player is a victim.
