We did it in '81 at home and in '82 in Tallahassee and the TPD were fricking Fla fans up. They did turn on the sprinklers too.
We went through a phase when all our sports started getting better in the early 80's and we would rush the field for fun. I think the administration got sick of it and we have been at the forefront of the SEC imposing fines for rushing the field/court. We fricked it up for everyone else. #sorryforpartying

I think it somewhat corresponds to the growth of the state of florida in general

I was there, who told you we rushed the field? not saying people never wanted to or tried, but Law enforcement at Florida Field was no joke, even then, they would have beaten people silly before they made the field.
