TAMU could be the best gig in the country if we were getting wins. Recruiting hotbed, facilities, and deep pockets. If we were getting Saban-like results, we could afford to pay more than Bama without batting an eye.

And UT Austin has all the money not at the Vatican. We’ve heard this delusion before, from a school that bluffs better than A&M.

Texas am is never gonna be a better gig than texas is. That's just the way it is. Texas still runs that state even though they have had struggles since mack brown left. Once they get it going again, that is bad news for am. You know it and I know it. Your football program is just mediocre like it has always been, why? Because texas is the top dog in yalls state. Same predicament oklahoma state is in with ou. Osu without a doubt has more money and maybe a little better facilities, but players know which one is the top program in the state. A&m is always going to play second fiddle behind texas.

Top tier:
Alabama, Florida, LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Tenn(Big six)- NFL is the only real upgrade
Second tier:
Aggies, Arkansas - Would need lucrative tier one, but usually not leaving unless fired.
Third tier:
South Carolina, Mississippi, Miss State - Good jobs, could be a final destination for the right coach
Fourth Tier:
Kentucky, Vandy, Missouri - All their good coaches will leave eventually.
