I don't disagree with that at all. That is by far his biggest issue (and a very important one). And, honestly, his lack of improvement in that area is pretty disappointing. He either doesn't see or doesn't see quickly enough a lot of things opening up in front of him in the passing game.

However, NC State wasn't running a lot of Pro-Style multiple option pass plays. They were running stuff Jalen runs effectively.
