He needs to get to six wins and field a team that doesn't look like total dog shite.
Then, he needs to recruit well this year.

It's one thing if we were "struggling" this year with losses, but competitive games. But what we have is terrible play, confusion, and massacres.
I'm still not convinced that Sterk will fire BO after the season, but empty seats and further total embarrassment may not be tolerated despite good intentions.
The fun of watching the team has left me...and I'm usually pretty forgiving.
