Yeah it was planned. All the WR immediately began blocking. OC missed it big time on that play.

I’m still not too excited about Daboll so far. Maybe Saban is calling the shots on offense, too.

Could be wrong, but they may have thought about going for it if he picks up good yardage there. Otherwise I am very confused.

That's what kills me, even in the natty last yr. On their 40 or so, and even if we throw it deep what's the worst that can happen. Int deep. Damn

Once again...our downfield passing games sucks. If we had one, running that play never would have entered Daboll's mind.
