What was your quickest KO?

When I was younger I was a 5th degree Emperor in Shotokan Karate. Quickest KO was 7 seconds by a reverse palm punch to the forehead.

I was 6’3 215 with a 4.6 forty and a 455 bench and 550 pound squat. Also had a 20” neck.

I wasnt a powerhouse like that, but I've been known to take out bigger abd stronger dudes than myself, like yourself, by tiring them out.

Dont mean that to sound like a brag about my speed. I only have a modest 4.3 forty speed, so I'm not #AuburnFast or anything, but I am very agile and your old lady will vouch that I have the stamina of a jaguar ;)
