What's really stupid is the lack of ability to read for comprehension or in context. His point PRIOR TO TRIAL AND PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE was that presumption of innocence should be everyone's standard, period. That's the ONLY thing I commented on and defended. I haven't the vaguest idea why presumption of innocence prior to trial is even controversial.

No. The real stupidity is no realizing that this is a message board. It is all about opinion. Doubt there was ever any consideration of creating the jury pool here.
The delusion is you believing that you and Eugene are somehow more educated, more informed, have some greater understanding of law and the Constitution.
