Grantham was good at uga.

But he was fighting for a job in the NFL (always keeping starters in for the shutout, pumping up his own stats despite the need to develop the younger players).

He is who he is... not a guy who coaches for tomorrow (which is great until it is tomorrow).

Coaches evolve. They learn. They fail. They adjust.

15 years ago, Nick Saban was worried about getting back to the NFL. Is that the case anymore?

Be careful about looking backward to predict the future. There's been a lot of road paved since the last time Grantham was in Athens.

Ummm. Someone in this thread just pointed to Louisville.

That was 9 months ago. You're telling me that he didn't jump ship because he knew what was coming? His heart was always a bulldog?

I'm only bringing this up because a miss state fan thought it was funny to see the louisville dropout over the past 9 months.

Tell yourselves what you need to in order to sleep better at night. I don't care about miss st or Todd grantham. I just thought I would point out the irony of the past 9 months (and the past 2 jobs)
