Vandy has one of the best defenses in the country.
We struggled to run the ball against FSU. Honestly, we struggled to do anything against FSU until they threw those picks.
LSU allowed nearly 300 rushing yards against State...

Alabama rushed for 173 yards against Florida State. The first play from scrimmage was 34 yard carry by Damien Harris.

Damien was the only productive runner that entire game. Most of his yards came on that run. Everyone else averaged under 4 a carry.

I was surprised about how much success Williams had running the ball outside on LSU. He was torching them when he got the edge. It appeared that a lot of bad tackling and positioning led to a huge amount of yardage that shouldnt have been there. Will be interesting to see how some other teams handle that.

I would be too. Bama gets up to play LSU so there should be no worries this year.
