You probably could have joined in 1992 when they did, but you were busy beating up on basketball schools.

Who will be our cross divisional when we join? I hope it's not Mizzou but they're better than nothing.

Actually, had they done what they promised they were going to do in 1971 and left the ACC with us they might have had a shot in '91 when the deals we're being cut. But they preferred to bail at the last minute and stay in the basketball conference where they were king of football at the time.

It has cost them many times since and it will cost them again in the long run.

However, they are jelly ... they would blow every SEC fan, coach and AD in the league to be in the SEC. And once the cheating on the recruiting trail catches up with them ... it'll be over, this little run of theirs.
