Try reading a page back. You made an offer. He accepted. His terms did not change your offer of 2 months, and restating the specific terms is not the same as a counter offer... nor is the second line a counter offer either. He clarified exactly what he was agreeing to accept.

great. But what was the bet? Sure, i suggested terms but what was the bet??
