I'm an idiot.

Revised prediction:

vs. Northern Colorado - W
vs. Tennessee - L
@ Kentucky - W
vs. Vanderbilt - W
vs. LSU - L
vs. Texas A&M - W
vs. UGA - L
@ Mizzou - L
@ USCe - L
vs. UAB - W
vs. FSU - L

5-7 on the season, 3-5 in the SEC. Looking for a new coach in December.

I am fairly even keel about all things UF football, but I find it hard to find anything GOOD to feel about from yesterday.

Unless Michigan by some hail mary is the reincarnation of the 1985 Chicago Bears.

I'm with ya buddy. Just laughing about 11-1 to 5-7.

Yesterday was fricking unwatchable on offense. So many great fans travelled to watch that shite show. This is 100% on McElwain, Nuss would just be his scapegoat at this point. I think the only way Jim can win the fanbase back from an offensive standpoint is to call his own plays and the offense look above average and organized.

The bullshite gameplan they put together yesterday didn't even give them a chance. You cannot run the ball right into 8-9 man boxes.

Needed way more speed on the field to try to outflank their defense. No Toney, no Massey, no Davis tells me all I needed to know about this offensive staff going into yesterday. They don't know how to prepare creatively and they sure as frick don't know how to adjust on the fly. Offensive embarrassment.

I still think we lose to aTm.

ETA: a season under .500 will be the death of Mac's tenure here at Florida.

I think we still go 7-5 or 8-4 unless we get worse .

I will never root against UF in any game, but this honestly might be the best thing for the program.

I don't think it'll be that bad. Mcelwain will do his thing. Beat the teams he should, win a few games against people like UGA and UT. Go 8-4, and keep his job.

Massey made a catch. BP 2.0. IMO the problem is Mac. The team look ill prepared again. Nuss is just a symptom. The OL looked the same. Defense got ran over(right up the gut) due to lack of depth and experience, Shawn Davis isn't ready. Shannon looked ok. If we had the balls we'd fire Mac this year and go for Kelly(even if he hates recruiting), Taggart or Scott Frost.

The defense actually made adjustments and looked decent until later in the game, but they just got worn down.

Defense was fine. Growing pains with some of the younger guys, but I have no complaints about the defense.

Can't ask the world from them every series when the offense goes 3 and out every time.

We need to have the spread brought back to UF. UF historically has been very successful with spread offenses and slinging the ball around.

Enough with the prostyle bullshite. Bring the spread back to UF where it belongs.

Chip Kelly is a free agent. I don't know why Stricklin would have any loyalty to McElwain. Plus, think about what nailing a football hire could do for Stricklin's reputation at Florida.

Box you better add UK as a L..

We will NOT be replacing Mac after 2017...get over it....2018 without improvement big time on offense? I will hold the door open for him.

The ONLY way he is fired this year is if a big time donor coughs up about 20 mil.

And the truth is that we could turn this around...but I'm not going beat that drum this time.

Every L we get kneejerk reactions about firing Mac. It hurts but he has another year after this one. Fire the offensive staff? Hell yeah!

I mean is this really knee jerk?

3-8 vs Top 25 teams, and UF under Mac peaked 2 years ago against Ole Miss.

Since then:

2x blowout losses that weren't close against Michigan, Alabama, and FSU.

1 loss in which UF gave up 38 straight points to Tennessee, without any offensive game plan in the 2nd half.

1 loss (which really is the only excusable one of the 8) to LSU on the road after Grier got suspended.

Its kneejerk for all the damn SEC teams...the girls school fans are screaming Jimbo. Get over it....by Wednesday fans usually calm down some...even me this week

I hate losing and I don't have that many years in me to watch shitshows.....Ive seen plenty since 1962.

Again...I was shocked at how bad out our OL played and to answer dmb notation about Davis, Toney, Massey and others, they were liabilities blocking and caused some bad plays because they are young and whiffed on some key blocks.

I'm actually pretty calm today

Used to take me a few days to get over bad losses like that, but I guess getting older sort of changes priorities a bit

I had a 6 pack for the game yesterday. My wife walks in and sees im on my 6th and then she saw the score and walked out. She returns with another 6 pack from the store saying here you go, thought youd need this

Easily his worst coached game, but we suffered two back to back beatdowns from FSU and Alabama to beat Iowa into the turf. I haven't given up on the season or the offense, but I'm certain that he has no fricking clue how to gauge practices.

Why Zaire, a guy who has had one month in the program, in the offense, started over Del Rio is troubling.

Maybe he sucked during practice? He set a record since 2008 against Kentucky last year, and he has shown that he can at least do something in the pocket. Franks, too, who just needs to get accustomed to the game.

As much shite as we give our quarterbacks, they didn't throw two pick-sixes like yesterday, and honestly, I think this is worse on our offensive line which simply has no run block capacity, but...

It's to be expected when there's no creativity, no deception. I called when we'd run every single time with my girlfriend and was right at a rate of 98%, and if I can do it: A guy like fricking Harbaugh for sure can do it.

Where are the jet-sweeps? At least make them watch the edges, they were fast -- run a fricking counter, holy shite a reverse would have gotten Michigan into knots.

I've given up on Nuss, but not the team yet.

If we come out, again, without a solid gameplan against Colorado next week, it's time to hang it up on the season and McElwain, even if it means buying him out to get a real head coach.
