Jordan Scarlett and Rick Wells.
I'm not sure who this Rick Wells guy is, but Scarlett sure is going to hurt Saturday. It'll be the first time going 0-1 to start the year I'm afraid. When was the last time that happened?

Hes our best back, it hurts but we do have others who can step up. Im trying to stay positive but its getting tough

having the players that can step in and play is one thing, but how does 10 suspensions just not completely deplete any kind of confidence this team had? It's got to be frustrating for not only the coaches, but the players that actually play by the rules. it's naive to think that everything that's happened during fall camp is not in the backs of these player's minds.
eta: i'm beginning that this team has more prima donnas than what we could have ever imagined.

Well lets weed em out and they can go

UF is a national embarrassment at this point. Way to go players and coaches.
Michigan about to go in dry on Florida.

Damn. At least you have 2 other backs that are solid.

At a certain point we have to stop blaming coaches for off field stuff. These players are the ones making incredibly stupid decisions. Usually with no punishments besides a game here and there. All on the players. They're not "kids", anymore.

Coach Mac needs to get this under control , suspensions may be the down the fall of this team under Mac. If the players are not back in time for the Tennennesse and UK game then we could be in big trouble .
Atleast we got some good news with Frank's being the starter for the Michigan game .

The coaches set the example. The players don't respect the staff.

TJ, that is so obvious to me. This team has no real respect for Mac or this university or they wouldn't be pulling this shite.
frick them.
Also Mac looked so defeated at his press conference. So defeated.

Rick Wells wasn't even on the depth chart so it's 1 more starter, not two. Unless you werent already counting Callaway. Regardless, this fricking sucks.
I will say this though- winning or losing this game is going to be entirely dependent on the OL and DL. If we can protect Franks and give him time to scan and make throws and give Perine some holes he is more than capable.
If we can get pressure consistently on Speight and not allow them to get big chunk carries through gaping holes, and avoid the demoralizing 9 play 80 yard drives that take up 6 and a half minutes, we will be fine.
This doesn't change the situation they're facing. We're shooting ourselves in the foot, but I still think we win the game.

I was saying he wasn't a starter, not even on the depth chart in response to Finch's OP

Missing Callaway, Scarlett, and Harris for opener. The rest wouldn't have played anyway. It's hard to belittle this, but some teams lose way more than 3 starters before the year. I think we will be okay. OL and DL will be key

I personally think we get blown out now.
I've got nothing to defend 10 players getting suspended and thinking the team won't be impacted.
Michigan is gonna embarrass us.

I understand that and it very well could happen. I don't think they have the offensive firepower to embarrass us, and I think that this doesn't change the fact that if our DL and OL are what we think they are, we should win this game.
They have almost zero experience. Plus they have to have some guys not playing due to injury that Harbaugh hasn't announced because he doesn't do injury reports. Don't think for a second they got through camp with ZERO injuries.
It's hard to overcome losing our two best skill players, but I think Perine can handle the load and Thompson/Davis are capable as well. Our wide receivers are deep and fast and can still take advantage of a young Michigan secondary who has NEVER seen a group of players as fast as what we have at WR. If Franks has time to get those weapons the balls and can hit them, I think we will be fine. It's just frustrating to handicap ourselves.

Hopeless optimism is all we have left at this point.

I don't think it's hopeless
I outlined why I think we have a shot. I think it's logical. Maybe I'll be right and maybe I'll be wrong. I don't think we're outmatched in any way. It's a shitty situation but it's no reason to jump off a building about IMO
