Never understood the hate for Pollack. He knows his stuff, he's enthusiastic about college football and voices an opinion without venturing into ESPN Hot Take zone. Does he come across as the college football equivalent of Joey from Friends at times? Yeah. So what?

McElroy sounds annoying but he clearly works hard to be good. Got to give him respect
