You not in colorado still cc? Crazy what you learn after just 1 full season. Indoor is great cause you can cram half a decade of learning into 1 year lol.

Teamjackson, still my only friend on the gram... haven't been on in months to check out what y'all got going on. I'll have to look into this soon. My buddy in Scottsdale just had his first kid, and he only uses ig, so I've been getting guilted there. Florida has kinda taken the Arizona model, we only have 7 state sanctioned cartels producing marijuana. Kinda sucks, but i know what's coming soon. My old man recently retired, and i want 0 part of running a construction company...so I've actually started school again. Gonna end up at uf (fricking yuck, but whatever) for horticulture. What degrees do y'alls sr growers have? I've been looking at crop production or organic crop production, but plant health seems like it could be more desirable on a resume.

Ayyyyyyeeeee big pimpin, glad to see you around. Lol gotta get on the gram again brother, although you won't see anything from my new grow yet. PM me your number and I can send you some pretty cool pictures.

Our indoor facility is massive and we are taking all the right steps building it out.

Currently have 1400 plants vegging, then flipping to them next Monday.

It is crazy going from greenhouse to indoor, it's a lot different in several areas, but the overall idea remains the same: better topping leads to better node development which leads to better bud.

Still, the absolute hardest part of growing is the drying and curing process. And hiring individuals with a decent IQ and work ethic lol.

I have my Bachelors in Broadcasting - Radio/TV/Film. Haha, 4 years ago I fell into this MJ game and haven't looked back (I had a successful career with my degree though, just thought about making this leap to a different industry, really glad I did).

If you want to research our dispensary, google Downtown Dispensary in Tucson. One of the better ones in the state tbh. I'm the head grower for them.

Burning CO2 and having industrial level AC with hepa filters and dosatrons = hnnnnggggg.

Our computerized watering system is so dialed in its scary.

Yeah, I took a job in Arkansas. Managed to get a 50% raise in a place with 1/3 the cost of living as Co. So I've been working my arse off and saving money. I'm hoping get back to Nola.

And you're aren't kidding about how much you learn in 1 season. Plus, I grew 11 strains. And it's amazing how different strains grow differently, especially when flowering. I'll eventually go indoor when my life returns to normal. Until then, it's 70 hour weeks and saving as much as I can.
