UGA - biggest cluster frick ever

I disagree with most of your post, but you are spot on with this one. Noway we should have lost to that terrible UGA team who did not score a TD against us.

Last years team was a 9-3 team that found a way to become 8-4. We are a 9 win per season program. If we go 8-4 or 9-3, it is not much different. Bad years are 7-5 or worse and good years are 10-2 or better.

I completely agree with this. We were a good team last year, with some faults, that got hit with the injury bug at the end of the year.

You can't just say that our stats were awful against the best defenses we played last year, because our qb and rb were injured in the two biggest ones of the year. Who knows what would have happened if the team was healthy against UGA and Bama.

Also stats have to take a hit against good teams, hence why they are considered good. You can definitely fault the coaching staff for starting the year slow on offense- that is my biggest gripe with Gus outside of shoddy play calling at times- but we beat down a number of SEC teams last year when healthy, which is what a good team does.

Also, that Ole Miss offense was great last year. How many points did they put on Bama's D? You get credit for going on the road against that offense and winning by double digits.

Sure it didn't end the way we would have liked, but hard to get too upset when you lose your two key pieces on offense down the stretch. Hopefully, we build on it this year.
