IDK about OP, but I think it's somewhat likely that OM found something else when they looked into Freeze's phone records that would be more damaging to the program than him calling hookers. I just got that vibe in the presser the other night.

That's the key. They learned that outside sources had info that could open the institution up to lawsuits.
CHF calling escorts or massage parlors for personal use would not have ended his employment.
It will be REAL interesting if some reporter is hungry enough to track the escort # and talk to the staff.
