It's not that hard to figure out.

Texts confirming he knew about violations, wiping away the excuse he never knew. Including but not limited to hookers for cruits and pay for play.

I would think this is fairly obvious by now.

OM was banking on the NCAA not having direct evidence of Freeze committing violations, therefore allowing them to fight LOIC. If they fire him after previously backing him, they admit it was LOIC. Now, Nutt's lawsuit and the subpoena power it introduced meant their strategy backfired, its all coming out, and they have no choice.

The rebs must have gotten their marching orders

They're starting to show up and recite the company line " personal actions / mistakes"

This is going to come back on the University. Mark it down

Occams Razor would point towards this explanation.

I think it's going to come down to the NCAA having to come up with reasons justify NOT giving them the death penalty at this point.
