Houston Nutt has always struck me as a spiteful psychopath. He will take this to the ends of the earth to embarrass ole miss and Hugh freeze. The only proof you need is him filing and reporting it the day before freeze was to be interviewed at media day.

Not unless it involves a public apology and money. For a long time, all he asked for was a public apology to clear his name.
Now that he has filed, I would think he would demand damages plus an apology.

Ole Miss will try to settle. They do not want anything more exposed. The the question is, will Nutt refuse to sign paper in the settlement that says he can no longer talk publicly about this or will he say "Nope, not gonna do it, see you in court."

I think he's genuinely pissed about it. When this came up months ago what he wanted was an apology. So now that he filed to coincide with media days it seems pretty obvious that he's got every intention of dragging it out.
