I am watching a K-Drama Series now called "Circle: Two Worlds Connected", and it is about erasing memories. Each show is split into 2 parts: 2017 first half, and then 2037 for the second half.
The 2017 part focuses on the development of the memory erasing project. The scientists were working on a way to solve PTSD in soldiers.
The 2037 part focuses on the world that was created.
