I don't think he would get it just for bringing in White imo. Now if he persuaded Fields to join White then I would probably consider a $75k raise

Don't forget Swift from this past class. We also almost had Teague had OSU not offered him before his decision date. He had originally committed to us in his commitment video but did a last second edit-job. So McGee has been a really solid recruiter in his time here.
