Personally, I take issue with anyone tying up the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits. I also find it interesting that 3 different people (2 recruits and a former player's stepfather) are named along with 15 other possible people and these all occurred under different recruiting cycles. You guys still trying to pursue legislation that allows the NCAA to only investigate for 1 year? I'm sure that also sits well with them. face it bro you guys are F***ed by a big elephant dong.

Yeah, that's why MSU folks are up in arms about it, I'm sure.

Nothing frivolous about the lawsuit. One of two things will happen:
1. Lewis and Kobe will publicly recant their statements and issue a public apology
2. Lewis and Kobe will be f*cked when they are sitting in front of a Lafayette County jury and explain conflicting statements that are easily proven to be false.

Make no mistake - the lawsuit has teeth. I personally wish no ill will on those two kids. They're just dumb kids and I think whoever prodded them should be the ones held responsible.
