How long do you think the weather jokes/animosity about weather lasts between UF and LSU?

Time to move past this right?
Will weather still be brought up 10 years from now?
How many pussy jokes can possibly be said?
Has there been a permanent uptick in animosity between both programs because of Hurricane Gate of 2016?
Will UF-LSU games have permanent nastiness between both schools that will last a century?
Can weather brew a rivalry?

I love when ForeverGator posted a picture of a collapsed pier and claimed Florida had made the right decision lol

It's just gotten annoying at this point. Posters from both sides of the aisle need to get over it and find something else to use to "get one over" on internet strangers.

I think there is animosity between the players that carries over to the fans.

I would hope it goes back to pre-2016 status. We never had any animosity to Gator Nation before, and I don't believe they had any for us.
We should both get over it. It was an anomaly, a very awkward situation. That's what we were mostly disillusioned with - the situation, not Florida's players or coaches.

Fla fans have hated us when we made TEBO cry!

Speak for yourself. I've always hated Florida. What they did was BS.
But shame on LSU for taking the extra home game and flushing it down the toilet. Shame on Orgeron for not having his guys ready to play that day.
And shame on our idiot AD for sacrificing a home game this year to pick up a home game last year (this is something I said weeks BEFORE LSU lost to Florida last year). LSU wasn't going to win the SEC last year and to make 2017 harder by picking up an extra 2017 road game just for the sake of a 2016 home game was beyond stupid.
Had it been me, I would have told Stankey LSU is playing South Alabama as scheduled on Nov. 19, 2016, and the SEC and Florida can go pound sand.

LSU fans have hated us since UF made the entire fan base cry and continue to cry, last November.

How long it lasts is up to LSU fans, I personally enjoy the UF / LSU rivalry and have a great time whether in Gainesville or Baton Rouge.

I agree, upvote

Nobody is crying. From either fan base. Get over it.

As long as threads like this are created it will continue. When it happened I kept quiet and didn't respond to the constant name calling and forfeit U bull. But after 16-10 the gloves came off and lsu became fair game. I always liked lsu and Baton Rouge. Had many a good times. I hope it gets back to a civil rivalry.

LSU fans are so fricking salty about this. Most of the LSU fan base brought this on themselves by being such mouthy bitches before the game. The consequence of being a mouthy bitch before a football game that you lose in epic fashion? The opposing fan base gets to throw it in your fricking face for the rest of fricking time.
If you want to be mad be mad at your own fan base for being such pricks before the game, or maybe be mad at them for being such little whiny bitches when UF fans gave them their comeuppance.

Yep, you're not salty at all. Get over it.

It is what it is. Your lingering resentment towards strangers on the internet that hurt your feelings is not healthy.

I'll talk to my therapist about it thanks for the tip.

You really should talk to somebody. It isn't healthy for anyone to hold on to anger like that. Your responses in this thread show it and were really just completely unwarranted to be honest.
