Turns out, as a 15 year old the guy sexually molested his 6 year old cousin. Claims of inappropriate touching and other details I won't type out.
He's a registered offender, but the argument is that he committed said offense as a minor so why punish him additionally now?

He finger banged his four year old cousin multiple times over two years.
He also refused to pitch after the story came out, so he's a quitter, too.
Other than that, they says he's a great kid with a heck of an arm.
