Yes, the committee on infractions will probably be a kangaroo court. It really doesn't matter if protocol was followed at all; If they think that we're still guilty then they'll find us guilty.

The problem with all of this is that the NCAA is a voluntary organization. Even if a court rules in our favor it doesn't matter.
